I shiver just looking at this. I never understand why anime/manga creator thinks anyone in their right mind wear shorts or mini-skirt in the snow. But then again, it's hard to argue with eye-candy factor.
Hmm, the left hand looks a bit off, could be an extraction problem. difficult to say. The thickness of the outline is very different here.

Interesting waves of white snow in the BG.. makes it like wind. The blue makes a snowy day, a joyful time.
Good ^_^ But too simple and not creative enough. You can try making less and bigger snow and try to put in more color in the sky, that will make the wall more warm and lovely ^_^ Well, see ya and good luck!

Only complaint I have is around the text. I think you overdid it with the snowflakes. Just a few is enough. You put in too many and it kind of covers the text.
