A black vector i did of a yukirin pic i had for a while now. at first i tried to
make the whole image with black and white and added a skyscape of london in the
back. then i screened a texture i had on top of the black. i debated the fact
that a white cityscape is sort of odd, but decided that it works alright with
the image at hand.

hmm i don't think it is allowed to use fanarts without permission on mt xD but well yukirin is such a famous artist, so i won't complain any more lol. the vector is gorgeous, i love those simple walls with nice colors. good job, very neat wallie.

Lovely, beautiful. and bloody simple.
Now i have to say....this is a very simplistic wall that exudes skill and technique. It doesn't rely on fancy filters or big flashy graphics to grasp attention but rather it uses the basic elements of (color and line) to accentuate the finer points of the image. The way the black in the character bleeds into the negative space is very nice. It broadens the borders of the wall and doesn't make it feel contained in the 1600x1200 format. The bitmaped splatter marks in the negative space are also nice for texture. Not too little but just enough to keep the wall from being borin, which it isn't even close to. The only thing that could use work it eh type treatment. What you did, having it come out of the black space, is nice but i don't think it should have been placed there. probably a different typeface as well. You have a really open area in the white space to the right. maybe having the black letter coming out of the black area in the sky downwards...almost like the sky is bleeding down into the city.....i don't know. I'm kinda typing during train of thought so if it doesn't make sense sometimes....gomen. Anyway, as always, good job....always a HUGE fan
It's a nice concept and style but I'm not really sure I like the blood effect.. it looks like it was done with the MS paint airbrush or something.. all pixelated and stuff. Other than that, great concept.
hey i didn't quite expect as bold texture as grain is from you...
but i like the overall effect i think. i cannot quite make up my mind but i'll vote

interesting idea and composition.. to make such a wallie with a yukirin pic.. i mean, yukirin's pics can let one dream away.. but this wallie has got a different atmsophere.. it's so "serious" somehow.. nyaa.. but i like it.. =3 i love the combination of red and black..
I dig this wall alot but maybe a bit to much white for me to use as my wallpaper. Thumbs up for using acid bath lyrics.

Amazing job as always....other than the white is hard to look at in a dark room for long periods of time, I ditto most these comments.

I guess I only just belatedly realized that the whole splatter effect has been a bit of a recurring theme... =P
Love this one, although for some reason I wish that one of the bars would extend further to the right... not much reason except the white expanse lacks depth in that area... but the contrast is cool :3 Lool crap

like how your walls make me think 
Its really really great, and I was all ready to fav it until I loaded the larger version. Its just that the blood/red splatters are too sharp. Perhaps its a personal preference but the supers sharp edges of red pull the eye away from the overall flow of your vector.
the style of this wall is very cool - I like that you don't use so much colors. and because of that it looks so great. Great job!
