Ichika Tachibana from Uta~Kata, wearing her "Wind" costume from episode seven. Costume designed by Keiko, a figurine designer. Unsurprisingly, there is an actual figure of Ichika wearing this costume (priced 8800 yen), but it was limited edition so may be difficult to find one.
