Someone else here also made a vector of the new Ichigo...well I like this new look so much and the particular screenshot I picked for this vector, that I decided to use it. I didn't outline it, because when I finished all the details, I figured it looked better that way...and besides, I'm not very skilled at outlines... >_<

The lack of outlines is fine here; you got the nose down pretty well. The cloud texture in the left-hand corner is a little too regular though. May want to try breaking it up by using stock photos of mist or something.

rofl, woah! This vector looks pretty awesome ^^. I wonder if you've seen my ichigo vector XD;. But anyways, you've done a really nice job vectoring him. And you're right about the outlines, the image looks better without them.
