not bad the ideea, the two charas are cute, but the sign and the stars around it don't fit, you should make them shine you know use some effects on them, and the building in the back should be a bit clearer

aww what a cute piece ! you chose a nice background for them, it brings about the brightness of the whole thing ! I also like the chibi feeling from the whole piece and you filled the empty slot with text making it that much cuter.
