It's really a cool wallpaper. The concept looks beautiful. The bg is really cool. The only thing that doesn't look that good (but it's not what I'd consider as bad though ^^) is the cloud in front of the left side of the moon. That is too greyish if you compare it to the others. And I don't like the text.... But I think, it's ok....

I think this is a really great wall. The guy's kinda cute (which is a plus, lol).
Seriously, though, I really like your choice of bg. It makes the scan really mysterious. Add that to your choice of color, and the scan itself, the wall kinda gives off this aloof feeling.
The one thing I think this wall could do without is the text. It doesn't really add to the wall, but instead kinda acts like a distraction.
Still, really good job!

the glow around the chara isn't that good, because he doesn't look like he would actualy be therebut somewhere in front and the snow or whatever those white dots are suposed to represent are a bit strangely placed and don't look that good and i don't like the color of the glow around the chara because it doesn't fit to the background. you could make a few shining effects around the sign so that it would fit more into the wall. some of the birds there are too blury, and the clouds and the fog don't look all that good, the clouds should look a bit more realistic and the fog should be smoother.
