There is no Noein catagory, so I hope this is in the right one ("Original" also had "Misc" below it... I couldn't find the "Other" catagory. Feel free to move!)
Very cartoony character, but I was wanting something like it. So yes, it is intentionally sketchy. XD It is from the ending credits of Noein - Mou Hitori no Kimi e. I don't like the character designs at all but I LOVED this scene. So I vectored it. :D
Character and the hill are vector, and the rest is hand drawn. All done in The GIMP. :)
Something is b0rked on my website so I can't show the other resolutions right now. There is also a plain version which I will upload later...

Quite a simple style at that, if I may suggest, the sky and sea are so soft and blurry that the hill might look a little better if you blured the edge of it slightly, not as much as the background just a little. Though I can't really tell if it would really look better or not that way, just a feeling that if it were a tiny bit softer it would unify the wall a bit more. I might put this one up on my monitors at some point because I do like the overall colors of it, good to look at when I get sick of grunge walls.

verry beautiful for a simple wallpaper..... i like the blue sky, it reminds me of a calm late spring day, when the coulds are fuffy and the sky is deep blue and also i like the way you made the water and how everything fits togather, verry nice, great job ^_~ i wish to add it to my favs, but i dont know how :(
