This took a lot of layers to do and hours @_@. I gave it a lil cloudy look at the bottom and a lil on the side ^_^. added some stars and sunburst to make it nice and bright looking. I made lil swirls so it wouldn't look to plain. If you can tell the outline of the kitty girl is blurred. It was done on purpose to make her stand out more. This is a really girly wallpaper. ^^;; not much into the whole girly look but i really like the way it turned out.....lol
by the way the scan of the kitty isn't mine. I got it from here ^_^.

hm well i get that, but maybe adding some more stuff like clouds here and there can give it a more sceneric look. but my only complaint is the text, it looks a bit plain for this kawaii wallie.
