This is...really old, but I still like it, suprisingly. Actually forgot about this for a long time until someone
commented on it at DeviantArt.
Made this for a wallpaper contest at another forum I go to, it was 2nd place I believe, I can't beleive I actually used
to use 800x600 resolution. :o

Oh my god!! Marissa-Chan submitted a gallery item I was really surprised when I saw this in my notifications ;) it was really a pleasant surprise because at last now I can comment on one of your work even though it's old but still it's a new submission to MT :)
This piece of art is really something and we rarely see like it on MT because we usually see doujins of "Anime, cartoons, Manga and portrait" but we seldom see these kinds of art works! It's full of mystery and full of expressions and meanings…
First of all I want to congratulate you for reaching the second place in that contest I really believe that it deserves to be on the top because it's really unique!
The drawings and the graphics in it are really well done and beautiful especially the white Phoenix is cool also looks like was made really of mist and gives the expression of resurrection and hope!
The water is amazing, you managed to create beautiful reflections and the ripples you made are wonderful and a great idea to make it be the gate of where that fog phoenix comes from :) not to mention that the silhouette of the girl "summoner" adds a very mysterious side to the whole piece and it kinda reflects your character that's always calm and full with mystery ;) and that what I really like most in you XP
The shinning dots are a good addition and really nice also the moon with its simplicity gives the sensation of tenderness!!!
The back scene "Mountains, Trees, clouds" suits so much with the front environment good work on that Marissa ;)
One thing I wanna add is that I think the moon needs some blurring because the background is blur, they should both match unless your did this on purpose because this isn't a wallie and I am sure every part of this masterpiece has a meaning!
Overall you really did a superb job Marissa-Chan and I am really glad that you shared it with us hoping to see more submissions from you in the future especially wallpapers because I really like your work because it's so expressional!!!
I owe you a favorite cause it deserves on ;)
