This is quite nice I like the scan you used for the wall - she's very cute. The light that twirls around her and the feathers around her give it a light feeling which is good because the instrument she's holding looks a bit heavy (to me anyway). So it goes well with the above-the-cloud scenery. I also like how the purples/pinks/whites on her distinguish her from the blue background and really bring her to the fore. Maybe you could've mystified the white building in the back a little more..? Though that's just my opinion..
