the bg effect (i think its one of the artistic filter) doesn't look so hot...but the tech vector lines sure are cool ^_^

This is a good first wallpaper, I must write; and quite innovative in its design. :)
2 suggestions:
1. moving the tech stuff below the gundam a bit more to the bottom
2. increasing the brightness of the Gundam Seed logo a bit
[3. perhaps reducing the brightness of the gundam itself, it stands out a bit much] -
