There's so few Juuni Kokki wallpaper, I'm glad you made one :)
Not your best, but a minimalist and nice one...
Actually I realy like how you just put the little blurry silouhette of Youko in the center.
And also I like that watercolour style.
Maybe you should have added more mountains. They have nice colors.
Or maybe adding more text on the bottom like the name of the director... (if I remember well the theme of the second round is an Anime Billboard?)

Congrats! Looks like the major revamping majorly paid off XP .
Like what you did with it: the grunge look makes Youko blend in better...+ grunge is more effective. & the white is eye-catching/ misty/ subtle. Still think the rope looks a bit off but...
