Here's one of my first ventures into Photoshop. I drew this on paper with sketching pencils using another picture for reference. I then scanned it into Photoshop where I cleaned up misc details and dabbled in coloring. She's far from perfect, but overall I'm pleased with her. Oh, and that smirk is my original contribution (always wanted to see Rei be cocky).

wow! that looks great! the structure seems flawless!
although the coloring could improve =P try using the smudge tool sometimes, or check some tutorials.
