i like the colors - very fun and pastelly, Pinks and turqoise! Very pretty! the character is pretty also, she blends with the background!

i love the scan you chose cuz it's really lovely n it blends so well with the bg. Those light effects coming out from the water lily look so nice n it's a very cute sky. I love it cuz u gave it several colors that blend so well n with that texture it looks awesome.~ The font for the title kickz azz~! ;D
The only thing that I might point out is the moon's reflection. It might be fog that's on the water but I get the feeling that it's also moving water so shouldn't the moon's reflection be a lil deformed? I get that idea but besides this, everything's awesome.
