She is Lady Silvernale from the known Game Growlanser and, for those who have seen it, from the OVA Growlanser IV.
She is really beautyful. I like her a lot.
Personally I think that Urushihara should make a Series about this Game. I think that those who have seen the OVA agree with me that it really has the Potential for a Series.
