i now know if i had made this wall a little before, i definitely woulda submitted it to WAR u.u
bah, recently ive probably made the most stupid walls in my life. bad quality and laziness >_>
so i decided to upload another one that i made. random pinstripes and wavy lines. so i combined them to make a sort of
fragrance advert...similar to the countless things on bustops etc.
i really liked this scan for the idea so it was black and white all the way.
i went for that pixelly look with the pinstrip and the outlines for the 'logo' for the fragrance under the title.
then i came up with a name: its called Sophisticated, guaranteed to make you as sophisticated as the ppl in the advertisment.

Hahaha, I really love the idea for this wall, it's awesome! The French is a great touch and the scan goes perfectly with it. The background, while being simple, is wonderful. Suits the scan and idea really well. Great job!

murata madness man... this is awesome and simply sophisticated..
crit: get rid of the line "fragrances by Range Murata" - it pokes my eyes! XD and without it actually there will be more angles the wall can be interpreted by the viewer.. plus pour Hommes and Femmes points to a fragrance ad anyway...anyway all that crit imo...
I love the wall and it is the best Murata wall i have seen since ayaki's war submission..

the textures on the bg and scan match soo well together

...yah LOL, this would have been a nice round 1 wallie. But as its own wall, it's pretty damn nice XD The design is wonderful, and the curves and lines of the background compliments the scan beautifully >_< I only wish that the figures in the scan are a tad lighter... still monochrome but maybe another dark shade to bring them out a little more. Yah I know that will separate the scan from the background more... which is also why I wish you drew in the man's back so that the middle box looks less scan-like. And I have to agree with DC about getting rid of the "fragrances" line... definitely kind of excessive and a little too commercial for such a sophisticated wall ;) Apart from that this wallie is just wonderful kai, I think I like this one best out of all your recent walls!

I love the composition of this wall! It's really beautiful, and as you already pointed out, sophisticated. XD Really gorgeous piece of work, and I personally find it somewhat amusing that it looks like a perfume ad. Lol. It's definitely one of your better pieces of work lately. *Envy* I think it might be better if the man wasn't just cut off like that, but sort of had a back or something or blended in a bit.

Another great work of you kai.... It changes than you sublitted before.... i think that the " general wallpaper " fits better to this.... there's no anime in it ( but it's just my point of view...)
btw, this is very original... I love it much !

Oh nice, it's very orignal and looks like some advert for a frangrance you could put into a magazine xD or a bus-stop, what ever. i like the title as well, first I had to look it up in a dictionary and still can't write it, but well sophisticated sounds nice (my online dict reads the word for me haha). okay well the wallpaper is quite simple looking, but i those lines and black and white contrast. though I'm not sure whether you need 'des' in front of femmes et hommes, that's what we learned in French lesson =3

Yes, definitely the word for this is Sophisticated. This is simply a great and elegant wallpaper. The scan you chose is really pretty and fits perfectly the background you created. Beautiful composition. I think you did an amazing work ^^ Keep it up!

Lol looks like one of those Perfume ads you put up when you want consumers to get the bloody fragrance material and its weird that the title should be that but hey simple and cool though a bit dull (Images) could be a lil light but good job nonetheless! :P

Anyway, yeah a simple wall, maybe a bit too simple but with style and originality in the concept.

Hehe I like the simplicity of this wall, I think it really looks cleancut and .. so advertisement-y ...
The only thing I do not quite like is the overall texturing of the wall, cos I think it would look better without it :P well, that is just me.. keep up the good work kai :D -
