The artist who did this used to be in Clamp, and worked on RG Veda, but is no longer a part of the group. She left because she felt her art was being too influenced by Mokona Apapa (well...it sure looks a lot like Mokona's!). I don't know her name, but this art is from a manga she did entitled "Moryu Kiden." I have the manga, but I have nooo idea what's going on. :>
I really tried to minimize that fold line. I don't think it would be too difficult to CG out, though.
