This is cute, really. But, I can't tell if they just came from a real festival. The fish may seem like enough to prove it, but maybe you could have done a little light in the background. Just my view. I like it none the less

The mos dificult to me was made the grass, look at the grass, I like the effect ...^_^...

the background is extremely beautiful and so charming! the colors you used matches with the characters, the sky is well done because you managed to reflect the light of the moon through the sky :) the trees look so realistic!!!
the bushes and the grass are perfectly done and I really like how they look and their colors fits the environment so much!!!
the two girls are really as innocent as the background :) and you really extracted them well and blended them smothly to the background!! you also managed to match their brightness so well with the background and especially with the light of the moon!!!

Though it's after a festival (is that right?), the wall seems a little sad...I think it's coz of all the blue-violet...some bright lights could've been added...
But it looks good the way it is...just a little melancholic, that's all. ^^
