Please don't ask me how late it is by now... I know I should be in bed already since some hours. But today I went for a walk and I saw all these beautiful red leaves on the trees... Autumn... That's what I thought and I took some leaves and scanned them (since I don't have a digital camera)...
I combined them with this scan http://gallery.minitokyo.net/view/125146/ that I found in DREAM's gallery...

Since it's too late actually for me to be awake... I also erased my PS file... so all I have left now is the JPEG file... *sigh*
I know there are things to improve, but I hope the state of this wallpaper is good enough to make at least some people like it...
I added more hair... to make it seem windy...
I made this choice of filter since it seemed best to me to show so many various colors of autumn in one leave already...

The impression that I wanted to create was this woman walking through a forest in autumn... Hmm...

I must definitely go to bed now... I am looking forward to read your criticism... *lol* but that will take place on another day...
*trying not to flip out cause of the lost PS file*... -_-... well so it was a one day project only....

I must say that the thumbnail for this doesn't do it justice at all. I had to download it and then view it full screen to truly appreciate your work with this piece. You really have to see it big to appreciate all the fine detail in this wall and I think you have captured the feelings of this season very well here.

Well done :D . And I hope others will download it to, because it really looks so much better in it's original size :D.

Nicely done. I would have never thought that you could make a wallpaper out of this particular scan - I really like the rough sketchness of this art. Again you could try to blend in some of the fragments of the wallpaper (the leaves) with the background. Anyway, aren't they kinda big?
    An overall improvement, I'd say.
