I found this scan when a pop-up window opened while trying to find some decent scans on a japanese-language image board. Since I do not speak japanese, my best guess is that came from some sort of game. I say this because I found one other image of a very similar looking girl. The eye and hair color is different but the face looks the same so I thought it might be a game where you can customize the characters various features. If anyone knows anything, please comment and I will change the description accordingly.
