nice wallpaper, the girl is pretty and the bg looks kind of ok, you should make the grass cover more of her feet because it is a bit strange to look at her standing there and the grass looks a bit too tall for her to stand on it like she does now, hard to describe what i mean.
now the fog there looks a bit strange too, doesn't fit in quite right.
and the grass doesn't quite go that well with the watter or whatever that there is suposed to be.

I like the enviroment (or whatever that is spelled o,o) a lot!! The trees looks so nice and and the fog too. I love fog so much >,<.... and that little black bird is so funny too! Of course the girls is very sweet, but thats expected I guess already.

the swamp is bit strange, the water is like the ice land, and for the fog, they are strange, they are amount on the grasp, not on the air, or maybe ..the foggy has fell on the ground ??? i don't know, which one is right.

for the background, actually, if you retouch again, that make the background is more nice than this, the background look simple

It's good. The background looks pretty. I think the grass needs more work. And I think you should remove the outer glow from the character.
