Anyhow, thanks for the image. The quality is a little undersaturated but nothing that isn't easily fixed. The image itself is interesting enough by itself but I would really like to see what kind of wallpaper could be made from it.

By the looks of her face, I would say she is not consenting to this man's actions toward her. I would say this is more of this man's behavior of "forced intensions", whether physical or otherwise. I would this would constitute a possible assault on her. A mere touch on a person depending on the situation may not constitute an assault. By the looks of this chara's face, I would say otherwise. Porn, no. Ecchi, yes.
