I made 2 vectors of monika, both are white. I was asked by a friend to go them
so he could pratice coloring.
On this one I made a stupid mistake of copying the boot effects of the manga
unto the vector.... and to make it worst I put it in my outline... I never
edited it out because well, he didnt pay me to do it lol
So this is the original source, if a color version comes out here I do not mind,
but like I said this black and white version is the original.

Cool! Monica is a cool character! I donno what vectors are, but anyways, it looks nice ^^
