Tsubasa wo sagashite means in search of lost wings I think - quite an apt name for this series.
I might have overdone the effects again, but they look quite nice. Once again, going for the magical theme, thus the sparkles and glowing effects everywhere. Found some nice new "tech" brushes for The Gimp, so I used them. I think they work quite well with the theme. Re-used the scan from one of my worse wallpapers. Had to clean it up a bit because I'm working on a different background and the scan wasn't particularly clean. It still isn't really clean - I'll fix that later.
