hmmm.....what bothers me is her hair's shading....from the position of her shades on the wall, there should be less shade on top of her head.

But I think her hair on the left side is a bit too dark :D
Other than that, maybe the shadow behind her is a bit too much cos the contrast between the dark and brightness is too large...

Nice, though the overall look doesn't suit Tsukasa too much (now if that was Rei from NGE it'd be a different story).
The plaster on her cheek seems a bit too big, but except that it rocks! Her clothes are nicely done (the bandages and all).
