It's really good. The grungey textures and the colouring are great... but that text stands out too much. When the figure & the background are all kinda blurry, then the crystal clear text looks too sharp. Maybe soften that off a bit to keep the balance of the whole image?

I really like the colors in this one--goldish-like. Very different. I also like the shadow wings. Nice concept. And I really like the details in the lower left corner. Black is a great contrast against the yellowish color. A soft wallie too!
