Just starting to get into this series. Lovely artwork in the anime. The background sceneries are really nice and provide a really good source of backgrounds for wallpapers. can see myself doing more Air wallpapers like this one...
This character is Mengai (I think), the clever one! She always says weird things but she's still a cute character. Thanks to Keltosh for providing the scan and sharing it with us.
Got rid of the swirls around her. Didn't look very nice at all! The dissolve layer in Gimp only renders certain pixels from the original layer, so it doesn't look very smooth at all.
I really like the dark boxes that the text is in. These were made with a "Grain Merge" layer, which darkens the layer to the background accordingly. The text was hand made and not antialiased, but I wanted something that looked like that and I had no font available to me.
Meh, hope you like this. More to come I think...

I like the abundance of blue-based colors in the background; they really add to the cool, peaceful feel of the wallpaper. And, of course, there's Minagi, which I approve of on general principles. Good work.
