The only thing I could say I wasn't too fond of was that the scans and the background are too different in terms of detail. I think the buildings are just too devoid of details.
Colours are bright and the scans have been extracted nicely :) .

Actually, the lack of detail on the buildings and the cartoonish sun and clouds really work well with this, I think. It's obvious that's what you were going for and you hit it quite well. All that's missing from this wallpaper is some chibis. XP

Wow this one is really cute ! But it would be more cutter if the charas was vectors. It just now looks kinda weird when the bg is vectored and charas are normal . But cute one Jader :D

I really like this wallpaper. The background gives it this exaggerated, cartoonish feel. I mean, I know it's a cartoon wallpaper... But, you know what I mean... :) Very nice work.
