XP Only complaint I have is the motion trail. Kind of think that should have been done differently. But, it's still a wonderful wallpaper. Well done! =^_^=

A cute little witch for Halloween! First thing I did was extract the witch from her background. I then cleaned up the scan and brightened the colors. Next I began work on the background. I started with just black and added some clouds. I started adding some stars and continued building them up. I then added the planet and adjusted its colors. I continued adding more and more stars. I finished it off with adding a motion trail to the witch and painted it to a pinkish colors.
