Uhh... I know that I was supposed to work on Kaoru-chan vector.. But somehow I'm not in the mood. Instead, I made Cagalli from Phase-48! Since Cagalli is kinda "angry" in this image, I decided to put this on my Girl Power series. I mean, Cagalli is so cool! (No spoilers, sorry! But if you've watched Phase-48, you'll understand what I meant).... That really fit Girl Power! Haha! Oh yeah, I'm going to start working on angry Lacus later.... Fufufu....
