Wow, this wallpaper looks even better downloaded. Nice starry background with a touch of fog effect on character walking in night beach. :)
It would be nice if you could give better comment in how you made this wallpaper like what graphic software you used, how many layers, how long did it take to make, any griefs you've had and so on and so on. ^_^'

Good choice of a stock photo, but the scan is too bright and doesn't fit with the scene>< You also have an extraction problem on her sleeve.
I like the fog though.Good job^^
