not bad, the font works, the image lighting is a bit off, but its alright, and the grass looks like it could use some work. good work.

i know, the grass isn't quite good, got some problems with perspective:| and shadow is off quite by much but still looks ok :)

I like it a lot. Great composition, and the color is fantabulous! But I agree with the comments on the text: Change the font, maybe reposition it lower left. Resize, even. Other than that, great job!
