So this is your first submision, well... it takes some time till you feel your drawings are good, a little self -esteem is needed too, I think your drawing is good, althought you need to make your work look a little cleaner, try making one single line insted many lines making a shape.
I'm not sure if this is clear enough, as you can see my english is poor. Anyawy... just keep practicing OK?, I can't wait to see more of your work.

I see you have a very soft line. I would encouradge you to be more dareing in the next drawing. Highlight the main features of your drawing, maybe even try a little shadeing. But I have to agree with Doji, this is a good first submission. You have potential, just have to use it ^^

i luv the hair the most.
fix the neck alittle. make it abit wider. right now,the neck looks like a piece of twig. ^.^'
but overall i think u did a pretty job with her eyes. xD the eyes is one of the most important part of a drawing.

Tip for the neck: I usually do my male's necks by making it's thickness about 1/2 a chin's length in each direction.
E.g. if a (whole) chin was 8cm, find the centre of it. Then mark 2cms from the centre to both left and right of centre, and draw a lines for the neck.
A females one is slightly thinner, but not by much.

I would advice getting some "How to Draw Manga" books, if you not already have some. I learnt everything from them.

Apart from that, it's a very nice 1st pic. Yes, I too like the hair... mine's all clumps of hair, rather than a collection of little strands. A very pretty girl.
