This is a rather simple wallpaper and my very first one too! the character should be yotsuba from sister princess.

    hi there polarie sorry aint looked at this untill now but been on a short goliday. anyways the image is clean, the outer glow wors nice maybe ocpacity can be reduced to about 80% maybe and your designed by section should be moved into bottom right or left corner so that it lies behind the start bar when set as a wallper on your computer. maybe next time increas the size of the wallpaper apart from them minor things, i think you have done a great job for you first time. gonna add to favs. well done

    You know, its not that easy to make a repetition of pictures in a wallpaper, such as u did, but u did a really...good job here! u didn't make too many repetitions, yet u didn't make a few...
    besides that, the quality is crisp, i really pay attention to quality, it doesn't matter how many credits i spend on opening a wallie, if its good, i'll download it, if not...i simply close it...
