At first I was just drawing the school girl at an angle, but her hands looked funny like that so I gave her a big axe ^^. It kinda just went from there, the color of her uniform, the bg, and the different colored eyes. Sort've an unsuspecting demon. I tried a more photo-shoppy feel to the coloring, mostly to her hair.
