Nice drawing! The detail and folds on the clothing are realistic. I heard that drawing folds in clothing is hard but this looks really nice. Good job ^^

beautiful. the wings have a mechanical look about them and i love her outfit. it almost reminds me of Card Captor Sakura, one of the Clow cards I think. nice job!

oh wow this is gorgeous!! i can tell that you have put alot of effort into it, and i cant see anything wrong with it at all! if i may make a suggestion...try and use a draker shade of pencil...it will just make your lines stand out that much more. good job!

hum don't want to break the flaw, but the first thing that comes to my mind is *whoa nice drawing* (usual comment lol), and then "the arm that's holding the light sphere is kinda mishaped, it's got a very weird angle at the elbow and the wrist ;).
anyway the level of detail is amazing, especially a lot of work on the hair and clothes. i like the mix of 'mecha-like' wings with butterfly ones, it's a good concept. the shading on her back foot is weird though.good drawing, inking it would make it even better XP
