I think it is good. The background works well with Aoi. The blues in the background make her look pretty and if you have seen the anime or read the manga, blue is a little important to it. Good job.

Aoi is beautiful and the bg fits very well with her. The butterflies are great. The moon and the sky are wonderful. I love this wall :D

I see a few white areas around the hair on the left side of the scan that need to be removed. On the scan, it seems that you used a gradient overlay with a lower opacity. Instead of doing that, you should use a blending mode; a blending mode of overlay would probably be better for the gradient overlay. The grass should go more into the distance because it seems to end, especially seeing that it's all one size; if the scan was at a different angle, especially the angle from below, then maybe less grass could be used. The background was made simply with the cloud filter and the use of a few blending layers, and it could definitely use more work because the clouds do not even go into the distance well. The moon could have a few darker spots so it doesn't look purely white, and I know that those are clouds covering parts of the moon. The butterflies should be smaller as well because if they were close up, they would probably be a bit blurrier than the rest of the background. Despite the criticism, the colors match well.
