Nice BG but it's too chaotic and doesn't suit Lisianthus very well. Try some softer brushes.
And try to tone down the size of the logo. It detracts the attention away from her.
Overall, a good effort for a first wallpaper. Keep on improving.

I kinda agree with white-zero a lil there..
The background is a bit too much for such a cute person like Sia >.<
But then again it's a heck nice wallpaper ^__^

Susan-Chan! you made a wonderful job I really like it a lot!
the colors you picked are beautiful and very magical indeed! they suits the environment perfectly! the tree looks great and it's well blended along with the background!
extraction is very good the only problem is see is with her right leg where it's too bright you can see some black dots kinda sharp! but nothing serious!!!
you really did a superb job with the background Susan-chan and it deserves to be added to my favorites but it's too bad I must wait to do that!

I agree, the background clashes slightly with her, just make a few alterations, and it will turn out quite well.
The shuffle! logo takes up a bit too much space, reduce it slightly so Sia gets more attention.
