i can see some extraction problems at the hair.. ^^
and i dont think that the fonts suit the wallie... >.<

nice job with the background, and it's colors suit the kenshin scan very well! but i'm not sure they look like feathers, although they are very kewl looking. and the extraction around the hair needs a bit of work, and the dark blue sleeve on our right side looks like a chunk is missing or something...not sure if that was just part of the scan or an extraction mistake. overall, you made a kewl wallie here! :D

The feathers in the background are so many... I think you should make it lesser..And then add some feathers in the foreground.
I agree with bbls, the extraction of the hair needs more work.
I like the text. :D It looks so cool there. ;)
