She is Lucy, a character made by me. This one I scaned from one of my pencil draws, then I edited her, paint her... in
Paint.
Then I use that draw in Photoshop, create hundreds of layers and efects and this is the result...
I hope to finish her twin in some days from now...
I hope that you will find her beautiful, she take a lot of work.

Interesting drawing. I liked the colors that you used, are seen very well. I think, that the wings, see a little heavy, maybe is an idea by me. Good work! :D
