The girl is cute & the extraction is good but imho, quite sharp compared to the bg. Also it seemed that the bg does not match. I dunno...

Yes, I agree; the scan should be not-so-sharp. I think you've also got to pay way more attention to lighting; it's not that bright outside at night. XP You'd also want to make the scan somewhat more blue, to reflect the colour of the stars and moon(?).
Another problem I have with this wall, is that you've keep the hand of someone else that the girl is holding onto. Who is this person, and what do they want?; lol, it just bothers me that someone else is there, and that I cant see them.
As volrath said, the extraction is good, and I really like the space background, but the scan lighting issue really bothers me. If you decide to fix that up, and update the wallpaper on MT, I'd really like to reconsidering +faving it. :-)

Extraction is rough around her shoulders and legs, so you might want to fix that. Background is not bad.

i like the ideea for, it the girl is very pretty too. and her pose is good. but she doesn't fit that well on to the background.

To be fair (based on someone else's comment) - natural vision would usually mean that if you're focused on the girl (which is the intent) that the background would "fuzz out" in your vision. It creates a natural effect, I think, to do this. If everything is sharp, there is no focal point.
