This is the vector I used to make my Dio wallpaper. It was originally a screenshot from the opening sequence.
Can't really give an external link, since I capped it myself from a preview.
I never really could get into Last Exile, but I've been motivated to try and watch it again.

Even though it's just a closeup of the face, it really has a lot of thought to it. I love the hand gesture which gives him a much superior air. Really nice work!
