This is art not done by Yasuhiro Naito-sensei, but by Yukata Minowa (I am guessing one of the game illustrator
designers?).
It is also the second cover of this artbook, you can flip it backwards and it shows ^_^

There are actually 4 artbooks by now... Gungrave Materials, Gungrave Archives, Gungrave the Backyard (from the anime series) and Gungrave O.D. Archives. Still needing that last one so my collection is complete ^_^
