Saiyuki fans, I am extremely pleased to present to you, the Barrel Of A Gun:
Saiyuki Digital Artwork Collection! At last this long awaited series is unleashed for the first time ever right
here at Mini Tokyo! And what a pleasure each piece was to construct! Using original artwork by the wonderfully talented
Kazuya Minekura, the Barrel Of A Gun collection is presented starting with the man who can lead the way: Genjo Sanzo!
This classically famous collection of pistol trotting illustrations were chosen primarily for their aesthetic beauty,
the fashion of which Minekura has once again exceeded in producing free from stylistic artworks explicit in physical
structure and muscular definition. The set of original artworks can be perceived as a both a sensuous and violent
elaboration of masculinity.
This Collection's focus is a fusion of erotism and girt with faint slivers of elegance. All original artworks were personally scanned from my Minekura art book collection. This artwork's construction features moderate hand painted CG SFX for Sanzo's hair and eyes, multi-layered brush work and image masking.
