Nothing wrong with doing simple background for the wallpaper but I still think your creation is rather sophisticated. I have no clue about this character but it is nicely done with the way you did fade effects on the wing.

*sigh* Darn it, shioriyukino, why are your walls are getting simpler and simpler? And also blurry? Aarrgghh! I can't take it anymore!!! >.<

The wings pretty nice. Plus, you add some effects between the wings and the scan. The bg's good, to match the wings and her hair. Really simplistic. But really, why are your walls so simple nowadays? :\
