nice wall Sayoo! the background suits the chaarcter a lot but I think you should remove that shinny effect behind the moon because it doesn't look good you should glow the edges of the moon use the blending options!!! but overall it's a good one !

I can't really seem to agree with the details of the water, as most of the details seem to be swirl-like. The scan definitely has pixelation, and some more cleaning is recommended. You did a nice job with the sky, but some stars seem way too big to be in the sky. In addition, the stars that appear near the moon should be a bit dimmer than those that appear in the darker blue areas of the sky. The moon's reflection seems a bit off too because the size of the reflection of the moon is about the same size as the moon itself. What I admire the most in this wallpaper is the way the water and the sky meet in the horizon well. Hmm, where'd you find this scan at? I'd like to use it too.

And I disagree with SilentMasamune... I do like the water effects you have here... it´s as if she was standing on a watery surface of a moon or something (the riples are like craters).

PS: I will only suggest you play with the lights in the bg a little bit more, only to make the bg more appealing to the eye.
