Well done. I love the way the char were extracted.

The bg texture is also good. The shadows are a little too much but the overall "coolness" compensates for that.

One thing though is that, there is no visual depth to the guy on the right. You could've placed a sort of shadow or something that would make it look more 3D.

But all in all, this is cool.
