My first thought when I downloaded this wall is "Oh, nice!" And I'm really not into wallpaper with guy character or rather I think the character is a guy. By golly, what a big wallpaper. ^_^'
You did great job on character extraction. As for the background I wouldn't call it simple but there sure is a lot of activity behind the character. Thanks much for showing us your latest work.

No it does not suck !!! In fact it looks good. You should have some more faith in your talents !!! The bg. isn't that simple, and even if it is it still looks good. XD But I don't think it's simple. Plus it matches perfectly with the character. Good job on this one !!! ^^ I like it ...

well the bg is nice to but i don't like the fact that almost every star has a tail and that they are so big and
short
The scan is great... the bg is also great.... but I have to agree with the dark prince... they don't blend that good... perhaps you could have change the color of the character and make it darker? I have no idea...

the effects are okay, extraction needs a little more work though
