Uses around 30 layers to do it. + 10 brush... Mixed a few diferent techniques and filters.

    and its pretty!
    i like the character alot! its so cute, but why its too dark ? >.<
    and there is dots every where, what are they?
    it would be better if you lighten the character more! and remove the dots things in the wallpaper.. ^^

    Wow--very cheerful and summery!!
    I do agree with the others here--the dots in the background seem out-of-place and not just right. Might I also add a bit advice is to alter the birds a bit. There seems to be a pattern with the group of birds flying together. It could just be me, but it seems a bit not right.
    Overall--This wall is so adorable! =)

    id have to agree as well, the birds do seem a little odd in their formation,
    however this wall is light and cheery, really does remind me of summer,
    still very nice wallie, girl's esp. adorable and cute
