I think this vector is so good compared to the last one ! I mean it's really obvious that you did improve :D
I love the details on her "costume" and the transparent scarf looks so cool :)
I also love how you colored her hair, her skin , her butt ! ( XD joking) I just think that her lips are a bit "overdone" but I think it's from the original scan :D
overall it's a great job, it's a pity i can't fav anymore :(
